Objectives

Train internal AI leads capable of:

  • Understanding the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, including generative AI and language models.
  • Mastering basic and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
  • Identifying, experimenting with, and sharing AI use cases relevant to their domain (HR, support, marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Leading awareness sessions or internal trainings on AI within their organization.

Prerequisites :

  • Proficiency in basic digital tools (browser, copy-paste, etc.)
  • Stable Internet connection
  • No prior experience with AI or chatbots required

Program

I. Theoretical Half-day (3H30) – Mastering Generative AI

  • Understand the core principles of AI and language models
  • Master prompt engineering
  • Identify contextualized use cases (business, support, HR, marketing, etc.)

II. Practical Half-day (3H30) – Deepening & Exploration

  • Explore innovative AI tools (latest technologies, agents, etc.) to gain expertise
  • Hands-on workshops based on participant needs

III. Pedagogical Half-day (3H30) – Tools for Teaching and Sharing

  • Training in methodologies and educational tools for leading AI workshops
  • Access to educational resources

IV. Follow-Up, Support & Monitoring

  • 8h package: 2h/quarter sessions to stay updated and share best practices
