Objectives

  • Describe how a Generative AI (GenAI) works in order to optimize its use in daily tasks
  • Apply prompt engineering methods to use GenAI tools effectively
  • Identify use cases within your professional environment

Prerequisites:

  • Proficiency in using computers, internet connection required
  • No prior experience with chatbots needed

Teaching Methods and Support:

  • Tools used: Illustration of concepts with various tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gladia, Gamma, Napkin, etc.
  • Sessions with the trainer, digital learning materials
  • Alternating between theory and practice

Monitoring and Assessment Methods:

  • Practical exercises
  • Feedback and evaluation at the end of the training

Expected Outcomes & Skills:
By the end of this training, participants will have acquired the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and will be able to effectively prompt using various GenAI tools. They will have access to a toolkit of free resources to enhance their daily work.
