Operating System

• Compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and 11. Prism 10 does not support 32-bit editions of Windows.

Memory (RAM)

For optimal performance and responsiveness, Prism requires the following memory based on the number of data cells currently open:

• 2 GB RAM for up to 2 million data cells
• 4 GB RAM for 2–8 million data cells
• 8 GB RAM for 8–16 million data cells
• 16 GB RAM for more than 16 million data cells

Display

• Minimum resolution: 800 × 600
• Recommended resolution for optimal comfort: 1366 × 768

Hard Drive

• Requires approximately 140 MB of disk space

Internet Connection

• Prism must connect to the internet to verify the license during first activation. It will also attempt to connect at every launch, and every 24 hours if left running. To continue functioning, a successful connection must occur at least once every 30 days (or within 20 attempts, whichever comes first).

Operating System

• Compatible with macOS X 10.15 (Catalina) or later. Prism may launch and appear to run on macOS 10.14, but this version is neither tested nor officially supported. Users on 10.14 are strongly encouraged to update their system.
