Objectives

  • Analyze specific applications of generative artificial intelligence relevant to one’s field of activity.
  • Evaluate the relevance of various generative AI tools and models for a given use case, justifying choices based on technical and functional criteria.
  • Design a map of AI use cases and an action plan to structure the deployment of AI solutions within one’s scope.
  • Develop a functional prototype using one or more generative AI tools to address a specific educational or business need.
  • Plan the development and deployment stages of an AI project, from proof of concept (POC) to effective implementation, including team collaboration.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of the “Becoming an AI Lead” training or at least an introduction to AI training.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools (browser, copy-paste, etc.)
  • Stable Internet connection

I. Refresher on Generative AI – 1 hour

  • Latest updates: tools, models, and prompt techniques

II. Workshop “Mapping” – 2 hours

  • Identify and leverage AI applications specific to your domain.
  • Map relevant AI use cases and draft a clear action plan for effective deployment.
  • Begin developing an internal toolbox.

III. Workshop “Prototyping, Experimentation & Deployment Strategy” – 4 hours

  • Build a functional prototype tailored to your needs.
  • Select the necessary tools and data.
  • Collaborate effectively with your teams to validate the feasibility of identified use cases.
  • Plan next steps from POC to implemented project

IV. Follow-Up and Integration – 0.5 day

  • Monitoring of implemented use cases
