MIPAR Webinar – How to improve data quality in histological image analysis

MIPAR Webinar – How to improve data quality in histological image analysis

Objectives of the webinar

Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of muscle fibers is a popular method for quantifying the morphology of tissue sections. Specifically, it is used to measure the diameter of myofibers as well as to classify degenerated and regenerated cell types. This analysis is often performed manually, which represents a significant time investment and introduces user error. This webinar will demonstrate a deep learning based solution to automate the workflow and improve data quality as well as how artificial intelligence is trained and applied.
