Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Design and independently create a text-to-text AI assistant (an agent in Emmy) using the structured ARCHITEXTⓒ design method. Creation of their own AI assistant project.
  • Select, based on the intended objective, and write advanced prompt templates. Practical exercise: writing an advanced prompt following a given framework.

Prerequisites:

  • ‱ Having completed an introductory training course in Generative AI
    ‱ Having access to a platform that includes assistants (ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini, etc.)

Teaching Methods and Support:

  • Tools used: concepts are illustrated using various tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gladia, Gamma, Napkin, and others
  • Sessions with the trainer, digital learning materials, and an alternating approach between theory and practice

Monitoring and Assessment Methods:

Practical application and exercises, with course evaluation at the end of the training.

Expected Outcomes and Skills Acquired Upon Completion of the Training:

  • At the end of this training course, participants will be able to create operational and high-performing AI assistants.

Program

1. Virtual Classroom 1: AI Assistants (3 hours)

  • Introduction and refresher on the ACTIF method
  • EMMY’s advanced features
    • Project mode
    • Agents
  • Definition and operating principles of an AI assistant
  • Method for creating an AI Assistant (Agent in EMMY) using the ARCHITEXTⓒ method:
    • Defining the assistant’s objective and personality
    • Writing an effective system prompt
    • Creating and efficiently organizing a knowledge base
    • The prototyping phase
    • The testing phase and improvement loop

    2. Independent intersession work (10 days between the two classes)

    • AI assistant creation project, applying the creation method presented and discussed during the virtual classroom

    3. Virtual Classroom 2: Advanced Prompt Models (3 hours)

    • Feedback and Q&A session on AI assistant creation projects (agent in EMMY)
    • Presentation of advanced prompt models
      • Adversarial prompting
      • Chain of thought
      • Persona model
      • And more
  • Hands-on workshop: using prompt models on real use cases
