We provide first level technical support for the purchase of our software. This service includes help with the steps to start the software, specifically, the installation of your software and any related add-ins and the activation of your licence.
It is exclusively reserved for customers who have purchased from RITME.
Except for prior and/ or special conditions, we do not support the use of the software.

For software accompanied by a maintenance contract, the publishers have a dedicated team of specialists accessible via Internet (or by telephone), to assist you in using your utility. They are here to help you and find solutions adapted to your requests.

We are doing our utmost to bring you a solution as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a deadline for reply (except in the case of specific prior agreement). It will depend on the availability of our experts and the number of requests to be processed.
