1 Needs detection

We identified a support need:

  • that emanates from a field problem that we observe
  • that we see emerging in our customers and are aware of
  • or for which you solicit us yourself.

2 Audit

This is the cornerstone of our methodology: determining the skills and needs of the participants as well as the goals of the training. The audit consists of an interview between a contact person within your organization and the potential trainer.

It can be supplemented by a further assessment of each of the people to be trained within your group of learners (questionnaires, placement tests, skills assessments, individual interviews).

3 Definition of technical and pedagogical means

4 Sessions

Programs are built and validated together: objectives, prerequisites, level, sequence, course, ways and means implemented, duration. We block the budget aspect by sending a detailed quote, establish an agreement and schedule the sessions.

We appoint, in our company, a project manager who takes care of all the administrative and organizational follow-up of the sessions and courses. He or she serves as the interface between all stakeholders and ensures that everything is done to ensure that students’ attention is focused on their learning.

5 Results evaluation
